Support Staff Survey: Summary of Findings

UNISON, AoC, Unite and GMB conducted a survey of terms and conditions of support staff in further education colleges (excluding sixth form colleges) in England in December 2009. The aim of the report is to provide colleges with benchmark data on support staff.

Joint union pay and conditions claim for further education colleges 2010/11

The joint trade unions call on the AoC to recommend that colleges pay a 3.5% increase on all salaries and allowances from 1 August 2010 with a £1,000 underpinning.
