(29/10/2009)Across the sector, HEIs are being challenged by the need to deliver more and differently, fewer resources. This project is focused on how investment in staff wellbeing can help to tackle the complex issue of how to support and engage staff so that they can perform to the best of their abilities. Case studies are available on initiatives that have been piloted in the sector. It is envisaged that this project will be extended for another year and UNISON will be involved in the steering group.
