Protocol for joint litigation on equal pay between Amicus, GMB, TGWU and UNISON

The likely need for mass litigation, particularly in local government in the light of the Allen case, and the failure of employers and governments to adequately fund or successfully pursue acceptable pay and grading agreements, makes it imperative that there is a joint approach to litigation between the appropriate recognised unions.
