Further education pay matters

This year your pay rise matters more than ever. Why? Because the cost of living is riding high.

Since 2004 fuel, food and lighting costs have gone up by 50%. The average combined household bill for electricity and gas is estimated to be more than £1,000 a year.

Despite this, some colleges have even failed to implement the recommended the national pay rise.

Get involved with the FE pay campaign in England and help win a decent pay rise.
