Housing and regeneration bill 19 December 2007
UNISON has welcomed the new housing and regeneration bill, which will help to drive along the government’s plans for 3 million new homes by 2020. However, we also think that amendments to the bill are required to ensure delivery of the government’s targets, and to secure the wider goal of mixed and sustainable communities and decent homes.
