Synergy Healthcare Forum - AfC update

In the last bulletin we advised members that we had again asked the company  to pay the ‘agenda for change’ rates to staff at Aintree, Derby and Tameside where we have an agreement in principle with the Trusts but payment has been delayed because the final costings have not been agreed.

ISS AfC National Framework Agreement

Further push to implement Private Contractor’s Agenda for Change Agreement

(23/2/07) Nic Greenfield, Director of the NHS Workforce has written to all NHS Chief Executives to remind them that the government remains committed to the Private Contractor’s Agenda for Change Agreement. His letter includes a Best Practice Guide on implementation, which NHS Trusts have been asked to factor into their planning for the coming year.
