Third Sector Provision of Local Government and Health Services

This document examines the effects of the Government’s model for public service reform on the community and voluntary sector, funding problems, the sector’s capacity to deliver public services, splits within the sector itself about the possible loss of its campaigning and advocacy roles, worries about accountability, and the various qualities that the sector does bring to civil society.
